Note: This issue occurs in both TSW3 and TSW4 on timetable mode *full and reduced timetables) and Journey mode. This has been broken since June 2023 (around 7-8 months ago), I am unsure what caused this crash; it appeared suddenly. This is not the first time I have reported this issue. Worth noting that on this route, the frame rate is rarely above 25fps, and can drop down as low as 1fps, although it usually stays at a stable 15fps – 25fps. The frame rate is lower when I am using the external camera. The crash occurs whenever I go to Stratford International (on a service originating from St Pancras International, Ashford International, or Faversham) or Ashford International (on a service originating from St Pancras International. I have the following DLC installed (all of which layer onto the route): Southeastern High Speed route, LGV Mediterranée route, Spirit of Steam route, Great Western Express route, Midland Main Line route, Northern TransPennine route, East Coastway route, Tees Valley route, Class 31 loco, Class 66 RHTT loco, Class 700/0 loco, Class 33 loco, Class 20 loco, BR Heavy Freight loco pack, ROG Class 37/7 loco. I own other DLCs, but only those which layer on to the SEHS route are currently installed. To reproduce this crash, follow these steps: 1. Ensure only the DLC above are installed. 2.To the trains > Choose a route > Southeastern High Speed. 3. Select a 395 service (any origin station; recommended is any that goes to/from Ashford or Faversham), any LGV service, or any RHTT services which utilise the High Speed 1 portion of the route. 4. Drive towards any of the stations (Stratford International or Ashford International) where this crash occurs. 5. Test in custom, clear weather only. I use this preset mostly so am unsure what effect other settings will have. By following the above steps, the end result should be a crash on the approach to either station: For Stratford International, the crash occurs on the approach to the station. There should be some stuttering, and I have noticed the frame rate in this area drop as low as 3fps. The stuttering will then suddenly stop and the screen should freeze, I am then returned to the Xbox home screen. For Ashford International, the crash occurs either on the approach to the station, or while entering one of the platforms. I can’t comment on frame rates, as I mostly never get past Stratford International, but I should imagine they’d be similar. There may be a stutter, and like above, the screen freezes then returns me to the Xbox home screen. Restarting the game and/or the console does not resolve this. To further test this, I even removed all DLC for this route (except the ones that utilise the High Speed 1 portion of the route), and the crash still persists. Funnily enough, I sent a ticket to Dovetail Support and it was ignored (given I reported did this five days ago and it was closed yesterday). Ironic, given this is a "game breaking bug that severely impacts gameplay".
