Steam Crash Unreal Engine

Hello I have a problem with my games crashing for some time at the start of loading but also sometimes in game and it tells me Access Violation how does this happen? I checked the entire game on Steam Property

 

Let Steam validate your game files - if issues persist it might be an outdated mod.
