Has anyone else come across this tsw5 has crashed 3 times today playing different routes. Edit this is now happing everytime I press the button to bring up the map just crashes and takes about 10mins to load up have sent a ticket over
Could you name the routes you have played? I've played for a couple of hours and have not experienced any crashes
I’ve never had any issues when playing these routes on my Series X, but this was a few weeks ago and before the latest update. I’d recommend making a ticket so the devs can look at your problem more thoroughly. One issue might effect you, but not someone else.
I've still had the odd video memory issue with Frankfurt-Fulda on Series X with TSW 5, however older routes are performing fine thankfully.
Series S here, not had any crashes at all. But.....I don't own any of the TSW5 routes, though i do have the free starter pack as the upgrade.
Hello - just wanted to jump in and mention that we are aware of some situations that can cause crashes happening near Frankfurt across all platforms, if you've been able to submit a ticket dal#7945 then we'll likely ask more about what happens leading up to a crash. As a note, when using the map there are some cases where this can cause lower FPS, but for an Xbox Series X we wouldn't expect these to be often at all, so we'll follow up with you directly and aim to resolve your issue via Support We're still working on further improvements to help improve performance and reduce crashes across all platforms, and we'll let you know when you can expect these in future patches.
How many addons have you installed? As said in the Luzern thread, much more than 30 Addons or 150GB is at least for me always gambling with stability overall. And every DLC on top increases the loading time from bad to worse.
Hi Alex, I'm on Series X and have had a few new, recent problems with TSW 5 regarding the game closing to the Xbox home screen. Firstly, this happened during the scenario planner section of the main menu. Then, the game also closed back to the Xbox home screen again while I was playing Koln-Aachen - this is frustrating as this route has always worked fine on previous iterations of TSW on Series X. Also, just to add, still getting the regular video memory errors on Frankfurt-Fulda, again on Series X. I hope these issues can be sorted as soon as possible as it's ruining my enjoyment of a game I enjoy very much.
