Hope it's alright posting this here...

I'm looking for some advice about the Creators Club and the best way to get my creations more attention.

I love sitting and creating different Scenarios, I was wondering if any good creators out there could give me some advice on how I can improve my numbers...

At the moment I'm averaging around 34 Downloads, around 380 combined over all my creations...

What can I do to improve my numbers, what should be thinking about and what should I take into consideration when creating a scenario.

Any help and advice would be most greatly appreciated

I'll be honest, I have 25 ish creations and until the past month just kept on uploading things and people will see the quality and take notice of your stuff more. Also be regular as that seems to help. I will start making stuff again but just got a lot on at the minute!

Yes as a subscriber to content patterned high quality stuff is always good. Also an easy to search title. matt#4801 please do release some more stuff as I have missed your scenarios. Have you got enough of one planned for a tease! ;)

As an experienced Creator's Club uploader, (135 mods overall) my advice is to be regular, so upload something every 2 to 3 days and hopefully fellow creators will start to take notice of what you are releasing :)

When creating a scenario, try to think about what would make the scenario stand out from all the others e.g. following a slower service or doing something in a different era to what the route is set in :), also try to have a good mix of easier scenarios and put a harder or longer scenario out there every once and a while to vary what you make too ;)

Hope this helps and hopefully you start to get recognised more in terms of your uploads :)

I am a downloader and really appreciate the work of the uploaders but the CC is a nightmare when it comes to dependencies and finding them. Routes, rolling stock, liveries etc. need to be specified in detail. Even when they are, there can frequently be an item i simply cannot find. When you go to an author's folder you can only view the first few pages of their creations. The problems with CC mean I can download a lot less than I would like. Anything you can do to make the hunt for dependencies easier would really help to enable more downloads.

You could do that or you could search the title of the livery required in the 'Liveries' section of Creator's Club (either in game or on the website) and that's one of the ways I get subscribers for my uploads is to use liveries where I can :)

On the other hand, the search function on Creator's Club can be a nightmare sometimes and needs more work done to it in order for it to function as intended ;)

Scenarios wise, I like to look for oddballs, I tend to gloss over those that are a-b-c but with different stock than the usual for the chosen route. Scenarios offer great opportunity for flair and creativity, you'll soon pick up numbers if people can see something different on the menu.
