Xbox One Creator's Club Jubilee Liveries Not Being Compatible On Spirit Of Steam (tsw 3)

What is the problem?
There is an issue with driving Creator's Club Jubilee Liveries on Spirit of Steam timetable services.

They work on the "Liverpool Lime Street - London Euston" Express services, but do not work on the "London Euston - Liverpool Lime Street" Express services (starting from Crewe).


Quick Summary:
Whenever I load into a Jubilee service starting from Crewe in a Creator's Club Livery, the game crashes. However, when I load into a Jubilee service starting from Liverpool Lime Street in a Creator’s Club Livery the game does not crash.
