Steam Creators Club Liveries Won’t Appear After Subscribing And Downloading (tsw 5)

As per the title, any livery I subscribe to and download from the Creators Club never appears in the game, either in the Formation Designer or Timetable Mode in TSW 5.

Every troubleshooting step I have found online has been unsuccessful including,

• Signing out then back into my Dovetail Live account.
• Signing out of my Dovetail Live account, restarting the game, then signing back in when prompted to do so.
• Unsubscribing then resubscribing to liveries through the Creators Club in-game.
• Subscribing and downloading liveries through the desktop version of the Creators Club.
  
• Unsubscribing then resubscribing to liveries through the desktop version of the Creators Club.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

 

Have a look in your settings under advanced settings (I think?) and make sure that UGC liveries, formations and substitutions are all turned on
