Like some others, I unsubscribed to a livery, but it still shows up in-game. This after signing out, restarting Xbox, etc. More curious is that the livery in question isn't even available anymore. I had thought to resubscribe, so I could unsubscribe again, but now that's not even possible. So, I'm rather stuck with it now, I suppose.
This is happening to me with two Class 66 liveries: GBRf 66739 "GBRf (normal livery)", which I can no longer find on the CC, and GBRf "Sarah"). The liveries are great, but I wanted to unsubscribe, and it just doesn't work. They are NOT showing up on my "subscription" page. I have tried to: Log out and back in into Dovetail Live Restarted the game while remaining logged in Restarted my Xbox Subscribing and Unsubscribing from the Sarah livery which is still in the CC All of this yielded no result. TrainSim-Matt, do you need clips/screenshots? Should I raise a ticket with customer support or is it just a matter of waiting and it will fix itself? EDIT: I managed to remove the Sarah livery by subscribing thought the website, unsubsciring from the console and closing the game and restarting it a few minutes later. Obviously not possible with the other livery which is no longer on CC.
Possible solution: Select "Manage game" and then go to "Saved data." Then delete the "Reserved space" for TSW. When I did this, my subscribed liveries did not go away, but I am no longer seeing the rogue livery in question. WARNING: I do not know what other effects this may have. Maybe it will also delete all your personally created liveries (I don't have any). Or have some other untoward effect? Use at your own risk. Oh I forgot: for this to work, you need to be logged out of DTG. I also restarted my Series S before logging back in but perhaps that is unnecessary.
I am having the same issue with the NHS livery on the 377 class. I have unsubscribed but it is still coming up. I am having no luck at all removing it. Any help would be very much appreciated.
