Steam Creators Club Livery's Still Giving Bad Frame Spikes (april 2023)

hey folks The Aussie Don here long time TSW Player and Livestreamer on You Tube i have been looking at my Frame rate alot as of late for TSW3 on PC Steam and i have to say after dovetail so called fixed the issue with Creator Club Livery's with Shutters in Frame rate i have to say its still going on Im on a high end PC and have to say that this issue has to be fixed so the creators Club livery's dont do this i was just on a smooth start on the NEC Coming out of Trenton when 2miles into the run i get 2 huge Spikes to the point of it coming off my Capped 65fps to into the Red under 10Fps 2 huge spikes and then comes along a train with the Creators Club livery on it so its clear that this is a issue and needs to be fixed as this is going on from now on if i wanna roll with a skin ill only add it if im doing a stream
