My friend is trying to subscribe to mods on PS4 but the description and the actual mod won’t load. He tried restart his console and it didn’t work and then signed out and back in again to Dovetail Live and he still can’t fix the issue. He has sent me a screenshot (attached) if it helps.

As he has followed the current guidelines and is still having no success getting Creators Club to work it might be worth submitting a ticket. It's possible that your friend was trying to log in while we briefly turned off Dovetail Live to make some improvements. Please ask him to try again before contacting player support.
