Dovetail Live Creators Club Not Recognising My Routes

I've looked to download some scenarios etc. from CC. But every single route I have, and I have most, is not showing as owned by me, in other words it shows a red exclamation mark instead of a green tick, and I'm being prompted to buy dlc I already own!
My method of coming into TSW3 was via the upgrade option from TSW2.
