Game Update Creators Club "required Content" Issue Update

Hello everyone,

We've got a fix for Creators Club going out to Steam and in the next few hours PlayStation users that address the "Required Content" error from not recognising TSW content you own.
(With Microsoft, Xbox and Epic Games following soon, note below)

You should be able to fully use the in-game version of Creators Club after the update. This should be live for Steam now, and rolling out to PS4 and PS5 in the next couple hours.

We are still investigating these issues on Epic, as well as looking into the crashes on Xbox as a priority, which is why these changes haven't come to these platforms just yet.

We have just released a fix for Epic. We are waiting to try to resolve the issue around Xbox crashing before submitting the CC patch live to Microsoft.

 

Update: All Xbox platforms should now be able to download the Creators Club update. This addresses an issue where players were unable to play or subscribe to Creators Content because of a "Required Content" error.
