Scenarios Creators Club Scenario

Does anyone knows how to add freight cars when you make a creators club scenario like switching cars and take them to industrials

 

Go into locos and it'll be in formations, or you can make a custom formation and do it that way.

 

Ok because every time when I make a scenario from the creators club planner I don't see any cars in the yard
