There is a problem where I cannot recover my uploaded liveries from creators club after removing them locally. I click on download but it doesn't work. It has been happening since addons manager came out.
Have you downloaded over 100 liveries? If so then you may have hit an unannounced limit, and will have to unsubscribe to some. This does not include uploads.
