Crewe To Manchester

Ive always liked the idea of a Crewe to Manchester Route passenger and frieght like Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly and Crewe Basford Hall to Trafford Park maybe Class 90s for the freight and maybe 319 or 323 for passenger route or something like that

 

Great idea mattstrains397, I would love to thrash a 319 between Crewe and Piccadilly, but what's even better is if it is set at the same time as Spirit of Steam: Liverpool-Crewe, it could provide Spirit of Steam: Liverpool & Manchester to Crewe but I would not mind over which era it is set in

 

Class 319 could also be used as a backdated BML as they were used for the Thameslink services before the 700s

 

I wouldn't mind a seeing Class 90 & 319 on a route like this, great suggestion!!

Thanks for the tag and for Manchester to Crewe being merged with Liverpool to Crewe can make the bundle called Spirit of steam Liverpool to Manchester London road via Crewe. A part of Manchester London road the old name for Manchester Piccadilly railway station has OHLE for Woodhead Line a TSC route requested for TSw 3

 

No worries, Woodhead for TSW, yes please, would provide a change from all the modern stuff we have been getting recently

 

It would be awesome if they actually went ahead with it tbh and actually did both the 319 and the 90 for intermodal
