Xbox Series X Crosshair Action / Button Title Not Showing

When hovering the crosshair over a handbrake, throttle handle or coupler etc. I cant see what im touching. Which usually is my visual reference that my crosshair is on the right button before I move the wrong thing in error. I've looked through settings. What am I missing sorry?
