PC Crr F7 Headlights Not Working

I think this has only happened since the recent update, but the headlights aren't working on the F7.

 

They work only if you switch them to dim then bright.

 

Still can't get them to work.

 

Set the transition lever first and then switch on the headlights, otherwise the lights stay off.
This has always been the case and has nothing to do with the patch.
