This pack would add CSX Timetable services onto the Hudson Line in the new upcoming NEC Stamford route allowing for a realistic touch to operations on this mainline.

Layers as a drivable timetable services on the Hudson Line
    New Locomotive
CSX GP40-2 (layers into SPG & NEC Stamford via the Hudson Line)

    New Rolling stock
    Steel Coil Car
    Trash Carrier Car

If there is a CSX Yard on NEC Stamford route having freight rolling stock from all US Freight routes layer sub would be a nice addition as well & the CSX C40-8W, & All the other Sand Patch Grade Locomotives & Rolling Stock as well as the Bulkhead Flatcars, 60ft High Cube Boxcars, low Gondolas, refrigerated boxcars & Centerbeams layer into the freight yard as well would be nice.

(The CN Oakville Subdivision thing where it subs freight cars from other routes would work too)

CSX Runs freight on the Hudson Line and I believe there is a railyard somewhere on it (I believe it may be on the route)

CSX runs limited freight on the Hudson Line, and almost always at night. The yard at Croton is mostly gone, and there is little on-line local traffic remaining. Most freights are through-trains running to/from Selkirk, using the Oak Point Link to reach Oak Point Yard in the Bronx, as well as Fresh Pond in Queens (previously modeled in the old Newark-New Rochelle DLC). Freight on the New Haven Line is usually P&W running stone trains at night to Fresh Pond.

While freight was mentioned as being included in the upcoming route, it hasn't been noted to what extent. The Oak Point Link would have to be modeled for them to do anything with the Hudson Line, as well as laying the Hudson Line itself beyond Yankee Stadium to Highbridge. As of right now, the only portion of the Hudson Line we have in TSW is the stub of it up to Yankee Stadium on the Harlem DLC. It would make sense for them to do this in the upcoming DLC if they are incorporating freight, but realistically we're not talking multiple trains a day here. You'd literally just be starting and ending in High Bridge. Most of your freight activity is going to be switching around Oak Point and Hunts Point, and possibly out to Fresh Pond if they go that far.

As far as motive power goes, you usually see SD40's and AC44CW's for power, which have their snow plows notched to accommodate the MTA's third rail.
