I recently suggested loco DLC packs for BNSF, UP, and NS. Here's my ideas for a CSX pack for the CSX Sand Patch Grade route.

-ES44AH: CSX rosters a large number of these; we should also get the new Heritage Units and the 1st Responders, Military, and Law Enforcement units.
-ET44AH: CSX rosters 225 of the newer Tier 4 GEVOs.
-CW60AC/ES46AC: CSX originally owned 117 of these big GEs. The first 3 had GE 7FDL16 Prime Movers. The remaining units were originally 6000HP CW60ACs, but CSX rebuilt them with 16-Cylinder GEVO Prime Movers and designated them ES46ACs. They are capable of producing 5800HP, but CSX rates them at 4600HP. CSX sold most of their AC6000CWs except for the first 3.
-SD70AC: These are rebuilt CSX and ex-Conrail SD70MACs with the same upgrades as BNSF's rebuilt SD70MACes.
-ST70AH: CSX's designation for the EMD SD70ACe-T4; CSX rostered 10 of these until the lease with Progress Rail expired and the units were sold back. Still, these need to be included in game.
-GP40-2/GP40-3: CSX rosters a lot of GP40-2s that came from Conrail, B&O, C&O, Seaboard, and other fallen flags. Some have been rebuilt as GP40-3s with upgraded electronics and controls, plus the unique "Spongebob Cab" that has upgraded crash protection.
-SD40-3 and GP38-3: Rebuilt SD40-2 and GP38-2 units with the same cab as CSX's GP40-3s.
-ET23DCM: CSX rebuilt 13 SD40-2s with 6-Cylinder GEVO Prime Movers and flared radiators. These are Tier 4 Compliant units.
-C44-8W/C40-9W: CSX ordered 53 4400HP Dash-8s; These are basically pre-production Dash-9s; they have since been downrated to 4000HP and are designated C40-9Ws.
-MP15DC/AC/T: CSX uses these as yard power; these would be perfect for Cumberland Yard operations.
-3GS-21B Genset Switcher: These eco-friendly yard switchers would also be well-suited for switching in Cumberland (or on parts of the NEC route).
-F40PHs: CSX uses these for their OCS Train, similar to NS's or UP's business trains.
