Ctc-3 Safety Systems (atc & Access)

Hi

Can someone point me in the right direction please. How do I turn on ATC and ACCESS in the CTC-3? Do I have to run to the F40PH before I leave the first station and turn the systems on from there?

behing the cab area there is a fuse box, you leave the cab into the passenger area it is on the left
