I would love to have my hometown route modeled and it would be awesome if you could do this. I'm thinking that the locomotives should be a CSX AC4400CW YN2 AND YN3B, CSX ES44AC YN3, CSX ET44AC YN3B, CSX SD40-2 YN2 and YN3b, and lastly CSX GP40-2 YN3 and YN3b. If the route would be to big maybe you could do from Brunswick, MD to Baltimore and D.C. and from D.C. to Baltimore. You could have the option for some trains (besides trains carrying hazmats) take the Metropolitan Sub and the Capital sub from Washington D.C. to Baltimore, and you could also have some trains run up from south of DC heading up north of Baltimore if you need more information you can contact me, and I will give you my email
