PlayStation Custom Liveries For C40-8w And 3 Bay Coal Hopper

I recently purchased the C40-8W with the 3 bay hopper coal car. I created a majority of liveries for the C40-8W and the 3 bay hopper coal car, but the liveries are not appearing in the Sandpatch Grade Route for the C40-8W's and the 3 bay hopper coal cars on PS4. However the liveries for the 3 bay hopper cars do appear in the CN Oakville Subdivision Route, but not on Sandpatch. Not sure if its a bug or a glitch. I just know the majority of my liveries are not showing. Liveries for the CW4400, coal porters, autoracks, box cars, and covered hoppers show sometimes on Sandpatch, but not as often on the Oakville Division. hopefully it will get fixed soon. thanks
