    UPDATE: 21:45

We have completed testing on custom liveries uploaded to Creators Club being unavailable for players, and have pushed out an update for Steam and Epic, containing the patch notes attached here (https://live.dovetailgames.com/live...es/article/update-notes-16-03-2022-highlights).

We recommend backing up your livery files before launching the game. If you're unsure how to do this, please follow the instructions below:
    • open Windows Explorer
    • go to Documents > My Games > TrainSimWorld2 > Saved > SaveGames
    • Back up your files (including livery files) in there
We have also disabled Creators Club in this build whilst we investigate the source of the issue. Those who have not been already impacted should have access to your saved custom liveries in Livery Designer.

We're working on a fix to the underlying issue, which will in turn allow us to reactivate Creators Club - we'll update as soon as we can. In the meantime, players will not be able to use custom liveries or scenarios downloaded from Creators Club.

For those who have been impacted by this issue, we are investigating what we're able to do to restore access to your custom liveries - whilst this is unlikely to be this week, we hope to update you as soon as we have more information on what that may look like. The liveries are still publicly available.

Once again, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and we hope to update those affected when we have next steps.

We've identified a problem with custom liveries on all platforms, following today's update, which are causing them not to appear for those who have created them. Whilst we resolve the issue and work on a solution, we are advising players with custom liveries to not start their games after receiving today's update.

We'll update on this article when we're confident there will be no further issues and it is safe to start your games. We have not launched today's update on Steam whilst we solve this issue.

For those who have logged in since today's update, we are investigating options to be able to redownload custom liveries from Creators Club.

We appreciate for those who have logged in and have custom liveries, this is frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We're working to fix this as a priority, and will update as soon as we know more.

UPDATE: 17:45 - we have temporarily disabled access for all players to Creators Club to allow us to work on a fix. If you have custom liveries, please do not log in still. Thanks for your patience.

    UPDATE 18/03/2022 [14:15]

Today we have pushed out an update that is designed to help resolve the issues with missing personalised liveries on Creators Club.

To ensure you do not lose anymore designs, when loading your game it is essential that it is up to date with the most recent update.

On Monday Creators Club will be back online with this fix implemented, however you run the risk of losing your designs if your game is not up to date.

The team are continuing to make progress to help those who lost designs recover them, and we will keep you updated when we have more information. This is likely to be by the end of next week at the earliest.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.
