Xbox Custom Liveries Not Showing Up For Coaches In Scene Planner

Downloaded / Custom Liverys not showing up on Scenario Planner. I have currently set up a train which is formed of 10x Mk1s and a Jubilee in Scenario Planner. The only custom livery that shows up is for the Mk1 Brake. The First Class and Second Class Mk1s are not showing up. It's a shame because I made a Pullman livery on the Mk1 First Class and I can't use it in game. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
