Xbox Custom Liveries Won’t Spawn

I have created several custom liveries for the covered hopper using the in-game livery editor, but after saving my livery and trying hundreds of times to get it to spawn on my train or in a yard, it wouldn’t spawn. Anyone know how to fix this? I have included an image of the re skin

 

I just want some help or an explenatad to if this will be fixed

 

It may take a while I usually use my custom paints in the scenario planner If you can't find it there I don't know then
