Xbox Custom Livery Not Showing Up For A Loco When I Am Planning A Journey.

I would make a custom livery save it and name it an appropriate name that I know I will remember, and then after I would go onto journey planner and when I am creating the route and it gets to the loco picker I pick the right loco and then the custom livery does not show up.

 

Which train is it ? If it's the 1972 Stock you have to choose it empty to have custom liveries available for some reason
