I'm finishing a Rail Tour scenario which will be freely available on the Workshop once I'm done: it features two rail tours paralleling each other on 4 track sections: the players train is faster and enters a terminus station where the scenario ends once passenger unloading completes. I want to prevent the scenario from instantly finishing as the other Rail Tour is scheduled to arrive just after the players train at an adjacent platform, so I would like the player to instead be given time to switch to an external camera to watch the second rail tour come in.

Is there a good way to do this?

I was thinking of a bodge by duplicating the load/unload instruction so that the player would press T again when they want to finish.

    Help appreciated.

If you create the scenario as free roam / timetabled, you can omit the final destination from the rail tours, and require the player to switch over to some other train with a stop at / final destination instruction.

Or just tell them to exit whenever they fancy and you can have it in any scenario type.
Something similar All Aboard did, ignore the timetable part, he required the player to drive to a specific final destination. It's similar to your idea of an additional passenger pickup. Or uncouple.

I think you can also make the Stop At instruction last longer but it's not entirely reliable for me.
