This applies only to full trainsets, ie EMUs like the ICs and various commuter trains, not separate locos and rolling stock Custom liveries never, ever spawn on AI trains. You can choose them for the player train in timetable mode, but otherwise you will never see one. ( and own train isnt too much fun, since mostly you're inside it)
