For German engines, when braking you need to set the throttle in Off position. When the brakes are released, the throttle should be unlocked automatically in the HUD (the red square becomes white). For the DABpbzfa766.0 this is not working properly. You need to set the throttle to min, then release the brakes, and then set the throttle to off. If you set the throttle in off position earlier, the throttle will not be unlocked. I tested using the Regional Express scenario for MSB. I did NOT check this for the other control car variants. If I see it, I will update this post. EDIT: same issue with the 766.2 variant. I tested this at Munich-Augsburg
