At the moment we can choose presets for the seasons, or custom weather with the season as it was last chosen. the routes are modelled with real world coordinates, so I wonder if having a date-picker to choose an actual date rather than a season would give us a whole lot of new experiences in the changing light as the sun changes position throughout the year.
Excellent suggestion. I’d love to have the ability to pick the best date for sunrise and sunset services on the various services on different routes, and have an almost infinite number of different experiences available. I have a feeling a lot of people would love to drive services on their birthday too. As well as adding to the variety of conditions available, it also adds to the fun.
All that would be very welcome. Even more welcome would be dynamic weather, which could change, perhaps unexpectedly, throughout the journey. If you were able to choose a particular date, each time you played a service, it could be a completely different experience. How much scripting would be required is the main question, I think.
