Hi, I have dazzling lights on this route, perhaps since the september update. did i miss a mod update for this line?
If you have your Game via Steam set to auto-update then you receive all updates, even if you have it set to "only update when I run the game" it will update as you start the game. Are you using mods, if yes uninstall them and re-install one or two at a time this will be time-consuming but no other way to do it, you can't run the game and install mods.
