Steam Db Br 101 Expert - Potential Bug: Pantograph Valve Has No Key

So i play mostly free roam. The 101 expert doesnt like to be spawned on a non-freshly started save file.

On principle, it not an issue that its put on the rails completely cold, so you have to go in and make the old lady seaworthy, but the problem is that *when* she spawns like this, the Pantograph valve, has no key, nor a prompt to interact with.

Which basicly means, that once your panto on that loco comes down, it stays down permanently.

Recreate the bug in simple terms like this:

- Enter free roam
- Do what you do
- Save and exit to menu
- relaunch that last played game
- Spawn new 101 Expert

-> pantograph valve should not be interactable
