   I got the game from Epic store, and bought the DB BR 101 + the Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr and the DB 101 wont show up as available either in timetables, or in the player profile page. It shows up as bought in the ingame store. Have tried reinstalling both dlc's without success.

   I had the same problem.
   
   There is now an update which fixes the problem.
