So I own Hamburg-Lübeck which includes the DB BR 182 in its black MRCE ES 64 U2 form. Nice loco, I like driving it, available on a lot of routes for both freight and passenger, e g. InterCity services on the new Vorarlberg route. There are two additional BR 182 addons – DB BR 182 for 13.99€ (5.99€ on sale) and Dispolok BR 182 for 5.99€. Buying a loco I already own again, twice, feels iffy, so I wonder if there's something about the DLCs that makes them worth it? Am I paying 20€ just for two liveries and two layers (RT and KWG) or are they somewhat different to drive from the MRCE one included in Hamburg–Lübeck?
the DB 182 is mainly for Rapid Transit, providing dosto formations to the S-Bahn services, aswell as a substitution on Hamburg-Lübeck so you can drive it in the timetable there aswell. the Dispolok 182 is more freight only, mainly for Kassel-Würzburg, but also substitutioning into other routes. I rather not recommend buying the dispolok 182 except you, if you play on PC, want to try the 182 enhancement pack if it's available for TSW4 at some point (the editor currently has some bugs)
