Xbox Db Br 182 Rapid Transit Broken Pis

I was about to do a Service for the DB BR 182 on Rapid Transit, when I noticed that the PIS on this Locomotive is broken. It seems to keep switching off by itself. I saw it was on and just a few seconds later it was off again
