Just wondering what routes can this go on in the game as just showing 2 photos doesn't really show off your suggestion well like what does it do. Is it a freight loco or passenger loco

There are two variations of the locomotives one of them is buffers & Chains the second variation is with C-Akv couplers with Faals Iron Ore Wagons with a yellow warning triangle. Route for those trains are Moselle Valley Line Dillengen to Koblenz then West Rhine Railway Koblenz-Köln Kalk Yard. The final leg in Germany involves Köln-Duisburg Railway then the Duisberg-Oberhausen-Arnhem Railway towards Emmerich border station then go on to the Dutch German Emmerich Rotterdam freight railway.
Iron Ore trains require the use of PZB Mode U due to their 6 kiloton load. That means on these routes HRR SKA RRO RSN HMA & Main Spessart Bahn 55 km/h 35 mph in 23 seconds if a yellow light occurs.

Or the Czech republic :). The 189 is a favourite of mine as it can often be seen in my hometown in the Netherlands. It is beautiful in both DB and MRCE liveries. I actually made not one, not two but three route suggestions that have it as standard loco or optional DLC.

The br 189 is lovely and it would be a great freight loco as it can be seen pretty much everywhere. Definitely fne of my favourite modern locomotives.

Hmm... all these German locos start to look very similar. The BR189 reminds me of the 101 and 146. I'm sure there's differences, but not enough for me to peak my interest.

Well i believe the BR 189 and 101 share the same Horn except the BR 189 has a car horn also known as the Roadrunner

The br189 is a part of the Eurosprinter family from Siemens and much closer to the br182.
    The 101 and 146 are from Adtranz/Bombardier.
