I have just purchased the Route Tharandter Rampe https://store.steampowered.com/app/..._Chemnitz_Route_AddOn__TSW2__TSW3_compatible/. According to the description it includes the "DB BR 363 V60 Diesel Shunter", It is however not listed is in my Library. Did i Miss interpret the description, is this 363 different then the DLC offert at https://store.steampowered.com/app/..._DB_BR_363_Loco_AddOn__TSW2__TSW3_compatible/
I think the blue BR363 was part of the Riesa-Dresden DLC and it got an extra layer in the Tharandter Rampe, provided you have Riesa-Dresden. By the way, the G6 from TSG also works here. That might be the reason why it isn't shown.
The red 363 dlc has to be purchased separately, it is not the one included in the Tharandter rampe. It is for another route, (Ruhr Sieg Nord) and provides scenery, services and a journey mode for that route. The route you have purchased includes a 363 in blue livery and should appear to you in timetable mode for shunting work around Freiberg. I seem to remember that there is also a scenario to play exclusively with that locomotive. I think you can also use it in the scenario planner, although I'm not entirely sure about this.
