PC Db Br146.2 Pzb V-überwachung -1 Km/h

Seeing as earlier today both MSB and RT of the preserved collections came out, I decided to try out the BR146.2 on Schnellfahrstrecke from Köln te Aachen.
When leaving Aachen-Rothe Erde, when I acknowledged the signal, the PZB said V-Überwachung -1 km/h where I would've expected a V-Überwachung 45 km/h.




I believe this is a glitch. Am I correct in assuming this?
