The X-cars that were developed for S-Bahn traffic are very popular, like the Wittenberg control cars .These trains were pulled or pushed by the BR111 and BR143. The cars were built between 1978 and 1989. They were decommissioned from 2009 to 2023. They were used by the S-Bahn Nuremberg and the S-Bahn Rhein Ruhr, among others. This car would be a nice addition to the Cologne-Achen add-on.
