I've purchased the Deluxe Edition, but both the LNER A3/Vectron are missing (and they are also not listed under 'Manage Add-Ons', so no option to manually download them either.
I have the same problem. I have contacted support and they are trying to resolve the issue. I have no information yet, on what could be causing this. Quite a lot of people have this problem.
Yeah inside TSW4 I can see that both are shown as "OWNED" but they don´t have a green checkmark. I have restarted Steam serveral times as well as run the File integrety check a couple of times to no avail.
Hello everyone - we've been working with Epic and Valve today, and we believe all Deluxe content should be showing up. Can I confirm via any screenshots what issues you're having above regarding the Flying Scotsman and the Vectron please? Please can you also confirm which platform you are on in the post, it looks like some of you are on Epic and other Steam.
Update: We believe both the Scotsman and Vectron should now be available for anyone who purchased them via Steam, please restart your client and it should be working again
