The Denver Regional Transit District or RTD for short operates the only heavy rail commuter railroad in the state of Colorado. Running 23.5 miles from downtown Denver terminus at Union station the RTD trains run segregated from the Amtrak platforms toward the Denver International airport, home to many conspiracies. Along the route of the A-line there are several quiet zones, however, from what I have read not all of the route is in a quiet zone Rolling Stock: The RTD uses similar Rolling stock to that of the Southeast Pennsylvania transportation authority (septa) in that they both use Hyundai-Rotem Silverliner Vs. However, the RTD V's vary slightly, the RTD Vs do not have low level boarding capabilities, the RTD Vs also have 4 doors per car (2 per side) and they only come in married pairs, and most likely have different cab signals although I'm not sure about that. Features I would like to see: there isn't really all that many features beside the standard TSW features I would like to see. Saying that tho I would like to see working destination boards, as well as trains of various length, which on the A-line is only 2 or 4 car trains. Various other stuff: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Line_(RTD) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regional_Transportation_District https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silverliner_V
Length is kinda short actually, why not also include the B and G lines as well? Route is *still* within TSW bounds, as the other lines are kind of incomplete stubs at the moment. Makes it a nice network-style thingy.
