The idea is to completely dim the signal lights on the routes. What I mean is, when you approach a signal from afar, in TSW2 there is ingame a very bright effect which dims away as you get closer, that's what i hope to raise awareness about. This however would add a challenging new aspect but that's a good thing because IRL you have to really focus on looking out for that green, red or yellow. As there will be people disagreeing and agreeing this option is best to allow the player to change it ingame. It should not be too complicated but personally I would like to make this change so it reflect the same challenge as IRL.
I agree. The lights of signals, especially in the dark, is extremely bright. I know these signals have good lights in real life, but with a pretty narrow beam of light. In game they look pretty much as bright as sunlight, which is pretty unrealistic. Adding this as an option would be best IMO, so people can enable/disalbe it as they desire.
