Maybe this could be an option? Sometimes you want the challenge, but more often than not it's a downer and makes dynamic weather off putting. There's a reason they always use fixed weather on streams, so maybe an option to just exclude fog would be a happy medium
I'd expand on this and say a toggle for all weather in dynamic weather would be preferable. That way, the weather can still be dynamic, but gives the player greater control over the exact change.
