Pul-lease ! Who tested this but did not notice during cold start that the back of the driver seat is not a solid object. Talk about killing suspension of disbelief ... immersion in that object is an immersion defeat. How mch older DLC ever sees repairs and update ?
Lots of trains don't have the drivers seats as solid objects. I don't see how this is a problem, it makes it easier to walk around the cab. There are much bigger issues than this.
