Hello, Why do they sell the Union Pacific Scenario Pack that requires 7 other things to play? I bought this thinking it included all the parts, but after it not working I revisit the steam page to find a list of 10 items I need to play it.
Why would you think a scenario pack would come with the DLCs that the scenarios are set on? The pack itself cost only costs $9.99 USD while a single route itself averages about $39.99. Not to mention both UP scenario packs state they require other DLC in order to be used.
