Steam Do Tsw 5 And 6 Have The Same Stuttering Issues As Tsw 4 ?

i recently tried TSW4 because it was sleeping in my backlog and i liked it but the Stuttering is very annoying even though my laptop has pretty good specs and should be able to run it at 1080p. so I'm wondering if they fixed this in later releases or is it a persistent problem.

my specs are R9 9955HX3D (16c/32t) RTX 5070ti (12gb) 32GB ram
