Steam Does Anyone Have An Up To Date Mod Similar To Foobian's For Hiding The Route Hop Marker?

It stopped working a month ago and hasn't been updated since, hoping someone has an alternative that still works. It's a really intrusive and out of place anomaly in the game world as the one icon I cannot get rid of.

It looks like DTG recently changed the way mods in the Paks folder load, try adding TS2Prototype-WindowsNoEditor_ to the start of the .pak file name (for example TS2Prototype-WindowsNoEditor_Foob_HideRouteHop.pak)

It should work then

 

Smart idea, but no dice. Doesn't fix it, alas. Guessing there's something else to it.
[EDIT] - found it. Had to remove all punctuation after WindowsNoEditor, making it "TS2Prototype-WindowsNoEditorFoobHideRouteHopA.pak"

Figured it by looking at the name formatting on the purple tinted classic map background mod, which was still working fine.

Still confused as to why DTG wouldn't have given a toggle for this like we have for all the other kinds of markers like the stopping rainbow.
