I am really excited for the Goblin Line to feature in this game as I have not enjoyed the routes that are included in TSW4. I am still waiting on a better London Underground or Overground route. I would also like the GEML from Liverpool Street to Southend but I would rather the others. I hope that one day the routes in Train Simulator will feature in TSW4. I believe that TSW4 is more realistic but the routes are much worse. Thanks for reading this
Hard to say. We are due a Roadmap soon so maybe that will reveal something. Though DTG personally by and large still seem to have gone to ground following their Xmas holiday.
I asked them on the personal conversations and they said that I should be excited for February when I asked when the next roadmap would feature. Alex is amazing. He is the only developer who is active and responds with a full length response
I predict sometime in February or March. That's just my prediction though. DTG should really take all the time they need on that route. The Maintalbahn was a mess and was clearly rushed
Well last year we had the festival of rail in the first week of February which revealed a bunch of upcoming content for TSW 3, if history repeats itself...
Each year it seem to be starting a week later - in 2021 it started on 21 January, in 2022 on 28 January, in 2023 on 2 February. At times I thought the dates somehow related to Chinese New Year, until it didn't. Unless TSW Roadmap stream is also a part of Festival of Rail, it may start a couple of days after the Roadmap this year.
Hello everyone, here to set some expectations and not to reveal anything. The winter teasers we shared were meant to be fun festive rewards and an insight into the near future, so of course no suggestions of dates are ready yet. The next Roadmap will be insightful for more information regarding those teasers and what else we have coming up, so I'd get excited and hold on until then. As a note, it's looking like the Roadmap won't be in the first week of Feb and there's a good reason for that (those who have been around awhile may have an understanding as to why.) Appreciate Jan can also be a fairly quiet time as we come back from winter break, I have a feeling February should make up for it
I have a pretty good suspicion it won’t be released in 2023 or wait till JD is on stream then we will find out
US route should be released first and we still know nothing about it - I'd expect this to be released in the second half of February. And Goblin line after that in March or early April. But this is my prediction based on December roadmap and the silence regarding the US route. I know nothing like the rest of us
