Does The Db Br182 Add Anything To Other Routes?

I know the BR182 is pretty much a game-changer for Rapid Transit, bringing the route to life. But does it add anything for other German routes?

 

I believe it's just substitution onto freight services. It doesn't do passenger services on any other route (it should sub onto Reisa-Dresden but there was a bug where the AI couldn't control the doors or something.

 

Wherever there are German Freight Services, you can also use the 182 as a Substitute and in Hamburg-Lübeck even for Passenger Services
