Doncaster to Leeds would be a great route as a has quite a few stops, Doncaster is a very historic railway city and Leeds would also be a great addition
Can we have more detail. Rolling stock. Mileage, Stations, what makes it interesting and if you want to make a really good improvement scenarios and landmarks.
I 100% agree with this suggestion, but like what lucasfor49 you have to add more details about the route. I'll add a bit of detail about the route below. For this section of the ecml, i think it should be set in maybe autumn 2018 (a few months after LNER started) to have (imo) better trains than the ones today. The route will be 34 miles in total (30 miles Leeds-Doncaster, 2 miles Leeds-Neville hill depot and Doncaster-Doncaster carr rail depot). The trains LNER Intercity 225- On the route you'll be able to drive the Class 91 (northbound) and the DVT (Southbound) since it's a push pull train. Northern Class 321/9 (it also has a west yorkshire Metro livery but I'm not too sure if that was used at the time) Northern Class 158 Services DVT- Mostly Leeds to Doncaster services calling at wakefield Westgate and a few Leeds- Doncaster carr depot and Neville hill depot-Leeds runs. Class 91- Mostly Doncaster to Leeds services calling at Wakefield Westgate and a few Doncaster carr depot-Leeds and Leeds-Neville hill depot. Class 321/Class 158- Leeds to Doncaster/Doncaster to Leeds all stops: (southbound) Outwood, Wakefield Westgate, Sandal and Agbrigg, Fitzwilliam, South elmsall, adwick, Bentley and Doncaster Route map
