I found all of these little door button circles of the ICE 3 on the train's bogies a closer look it might be possible that my ICE 3 texture enhancement pack mod is doing this, but if someone else without the mod sees this, then it definetly is a vanilla bug. It can be found on almost every bogie, and I just noticed this by setting the time to midnight and walking around the EMU for a bit
